The company has very diversified service and production opportunities. The main income generated sources will be refrigerated warehouse, greenhouse and horticulture. At the present our company has 1 Refrigerated Warehouse with 1000 ton capacity, Dried Fruits Factory, 70 ha apple garden and all necessary equipments.
The company’s warehouse will have a capacity sufficient to store 2,000 ton of fruits per 6 months. 70 % of warehouse area will rent to local fruit producers and residuary 30% will used by company for purchase of fruits with the purpose of following sell.
The company is seeking USD 7,000,000 to finance the purchase of new refrigerated warehouse, greenhouse and horticulture, upgrade the facilities, and cover start-up expenses and first year expenses. It is estimated that the company will begin to make a profit in Year 2 of operations.
The company does not expect to have any cash flow problems during the first six years of operations.
